Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original eco-friendly packaging, ensuring all designer tags remain attached and intact.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier location; once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
